Customized solutions for pain relief.

More than just
a massage.
When it supports your goals, I incorporate simple corrective exercises to reinforce alignment, improve stability, and make the results of your session last longer. These movements are always tailored, practical, and easy to integrate into daily life.

At The Bodywork Studio, sessions are designed to do more than ease tension—they’re built to help your body move better. I focus on therapeutic massage, myofascial work, and postural correction to address the patterns behind pain and stiffness.

Let's get you moving better.
Whether you're dealing with chronic tightness or just want to feel more at ease in your body, each session is customized to help you understand your patterns, move with less effort, and build lasting change.

Did you know?
"Pain that persists after six to eight weeks is no longer related to soft tissue damage because the body repairs damaged tissues within that time."
Chuck Duff, Ending Pain
A number of studies show that muscles cause the majority of pain, both chronic and acute.
Janet G. Travell and David G. Simons, Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction, Vol 1: The Trigger Point Manual, The Upper Extremeties
Limited hip mobility forces your lumbar spine to twist and bend more than it should. When the hips move well, the low back doesn’t have to pick up the slack, which reduces strain and ache.
Besides pain, trigger points can cause muscle dysfunction, weakness, and limited range of motion. They can also mimic other pain problems.
