Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for care. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
As a small business and service provider, last-minute cancellations and no-shows are especially detrimental. They not only affect my schedule, but also reduce the availability of treatment time for other clients who may be in need. Please note that no future appointments can be booked until any outstanding balance is paid in full. I appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring this policy, which helps me continue providing consistent and reliable care to everyone I serve.
